What do you do?
As Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director for a Town of approximately 16,000 people, I am responsible for all of the Town finance departments, including Treasurer/Collector, Accounting, Assessors, Town Clerk, and MIS. I also oversee Water and Sewer operations for Public Works, including capital projects and rate setting. I handle most of the purchasing for the Town, including natural gas and electricity. I also share personnel and human resource duties with the Town Manager in the absence of a HR Director. Small town, many hats.
