This committee has five permanent and two alternate members.This committee endeavors to maintain and preserve professional integrity of members as defined in the ICMA and MMMA Code of Ethics and to educate the membership on these matters. The committee makes recommendations to the Executive Committee on the censure, suspension or expulsion of any member who is found to have violated the MMMA Code of Ethics. The committee also acts as a confidential fact-finding committee if requested by the ICMA.
