In the fall of 2011, we launched this improved MMMA website. Working with our partner, Virtual Town and Schools, we refreshed the pages in an easier-to-use format and updated the content. Here are some of the new features:
- pull-down and slide-out tabs are used to help identify pockets of information
- individual pages have been created for each MMMA committee with a list of members, information on the activities of the committee, and important documents
- the column on the left side of each page features easy access to key resources and links to affiliated organizations, graduate programs, and information about the 99th annual conference of the International City/County Management Association to be held in Boston from September 22-25, 2013
- added a news and announcements feature on the home page and to the members only page to highlight news of general interest and important events
We hope you will visit the site often and use it as a resource for information about professional local government in Massachusetts. To our colleagues from around the globe, we hope the information about Boston and the New England Region is useful as you plan your attendance at the 2013 ICMA Conference. Welcome!
